A maintenance contract with DataServ gives you a Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
for you to turn to any time you need trouble-shooting, equipment replacement, updates,
upgrades and more – whether on-site or remote. Our Maintenance Services are unsurpassed
since the inception of DataServ over 24 years ago.
We also offer multi-vendor, serialized Contract Management Services and co-termination
of maintenance coverage so that you have satisfied team members in your administration and
fiscal departments.
If you would like to evaluate your Network, in general, or for security or wireless
options, we offer in-depth Network Technology Readiness, and Security Reviews or
Wireless Site Surveys to determine your needs and to offer options for future implementations.
Lastly, we offer Application Hosting Services for those who either don’t have the
storage and delivery abilities or for those who simply would rather host on an outside
Network.
All of these services are provided to our customers under a philosophy of Life Cycle
Services which takes customer engagement through the following steps: Solution Assessment,
Design & Engineering, Project Planning, Project Implementation, Maintenance & Support
Services, and Solution Optimization.
For 24 years, we have provided services to Ohio customers. DataServ technical services
staff is supported by a team of experienced engineers who have an average of 14
years with DataServ and carry certifications from companies like Cisco, Microsoft,
Polycom, Tandberg and Sonic Foundry.
