Corporate Bio
DataServ was originally founded in 1986 as a third party maintenance organization
specializing in communication needs. We are an Ohio based company providing services
for over 24 years to the public sector, including state and local government, higher
education, K-12 education and library markets.
Our Value-Add
DataServ truly partners with our customers to build long-term relationships. Leading
by example, we use the solutions and services that we provide so that we can learn
from our own first-hand experience in order to help our customers. Interactive services
are a core competency, as we have deeply embedded the daily use of data, voice and
interactive video solutions into our own environment. Our organization is supported
by a team of experienced engineers who have an average of 14 years with DataServ
and carry certifications from many manufacturers.
With our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) located in Ohio, we are able to respond
rapidly to our customers’ needs in order to ensure high Network and services availability.
